Winter Skills Training

Off-season training is important because it is a time to rest, develop, improve and focus on skills that directly and indirectly affect competitive performance. Increasing potential performance in the off-season has many benefits, and is the foundation of personal athletic growth. It’s also important to find an enjoyable way to train in the off-season so as to avoid becoming burnt-out or injured. It’s much easier to stay in shape than get back into shape!

Winter Skills Program for Youth Lacrosse Players

Saturdays

January 8 - February 26

(No Lax on Feb. 12)

2:00-3:00pm

U12/U14 Girls

Grades 5-8

3:00-4:30pm

U10 Boys

Grades 1-4

3:00-4:30pm U12 Boys Grades 5-6
4:30-6:00pm U14 Boys Grades 7-8

 

Location: Players Choice of the Fox Cities

Each group is limited to 20 participants

Fee: $140.00/player includes reversible jersey
